Asuntosi
Housing company management, maintenance log and resident services in one place
Asuntosi is a service for Finnish housing companies, property managers and property owners. Property data, shareholders, maintenance charges, meetings and maintenance live in the same system. The board and the property manager use the web app, and shareholders and residents use the mobile app. Apartments can be imported from the National Land Survey's apartment register and buildings from the Ryhti register.

Who it is for
Housing companies, property managers and property owners. The board and the property manager run the administration in the browser. Shareholders and residents use the mobile app to report faults, answer meeting invitations and vote.
Data from existing registers
The property does not have to be typed in by hand. Buildings are found by address in the Ryhti register and the National Land Survey, apartments are imported from the housing information system (HTJ) and electricity use is read from Fingrid's Datahub.
Maintenance log
The electronic maintenance log puts the maintenance plan, statutory inspections and long-term renovation projects on one timeline. Fault reports become work orders, and AI writes reports and cost forecasts.
General meetings and decisions
Meeting invitations go out by email and push notification. Proxies, quorum and share-based votes follow the rules of the Finnish Limited Liability Housing Companies Act. Shareholders can take part on site, remotely or by proxy.
